We believe your home care is only as good as your carer. That belief shapes everything we do, from the people we hire to the way we match them with the individuals and families we support.
Police HomeCare exists to help people live life on their own terms while staying independent within the community they love. We're open to all My Aged Care and NDIS participants, and you don't need any connection to the police to receive our care.
What makes us different is the standard we hold ourselves to. As a partnership with the Police Association of South Australia, we're bound to the values of the police community: service, integrity, and looking after your own.
Built on a partnership with purpose
Police HomeCare grew from a partnership between Lifestyle Plus Services and the Police Association of South Australia, bringing together decades of care experience with a genuine commitment to the police community.
Over more than 30 years we've grown from home-based support into a full service, opening our Carrington Street REABLE Wellness Centre and welcoming all My Aged Care, Support at Home and NDIS participants, not only those connected to the police.
Today we support people right across metropolitan Adelaide, and every service still gives back to the serving and retired officers who look after our community.

It's a model that keeps more of your budget on the ground, with a care management fee of 10%, while giving back to the people who look after our community.
