Overview
At Police HomeCare, we know that everyone has different needs and interests so we work with you to personalise your services. With more than 30 years’ experience in aged care, we respect your choices and preferences to provide care that supports and empowers you.
We have chosen to keep the mandatory Care Management fee as low as possible, while waiving the Basic Daily fee and Package Management fee completely. This pricing structure allows our clients to receive more hours of care per fortnight than they would with many other providers.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for all service cancellations. No charge applies for services cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the commencement of a scheduled visit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked service will be charged at 100% of the service price. If you are not present at the scheduled time of a booked service and have not provided 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service price.

| Provider travel | $1.20 per km | Charge associated for travel requirements e.g., assistance to appointments. |
| Care Management Fee | 7.5% | A dedicated care coordinator will provide oversight and assistance to meet your current & future care needs assisting you to remain at home independently and safely. |
| Package Management Fee | 0% | Ongoing administration for the management of your Home Care Package including managing your ongoing budget, preparing statements and maintaining ongoing compliance and quality. |
