How do I get started with Police HomeCare Services?
We will visit at a time convenient for you. We will go through our service agreement and consent forms and ensure that you understand your NDIS plan and the supports that are available to you.

Household Tasks
If there are daily household tasks that are difficult for you to manage, we offer support that empowers you to live independently.
Whether it be cleaning and tidying, laundry or garden maintenance, our support workers can provide the assistance you need to maintain your home.
Personal Care
If you have physical needs that make personal care challenging, we can help you live with dignity.
Our support workers can assist you with showering, dressing, eating, transfers, positioning and other personal care.
Community Participation
Being connected to a community is critical for everyone’s wellbeing and everyone finds that connection in different ways.
We can help you get to social appointments, activities or visits with family and friends.
Skills Development
Sometimes building your independence requires learning new skills.
Our support includes helping you develop the skills you need to live independently and with dignity.
Meal Preparation
Eating well is important to your wellbeing but preparing good, healthy meals can be challenging sometimes.
We can help you plan and prepare your meals with a level of support that meets your personal needs.
Shopping
Attending to weekly or special occasion shopping can be challenging.
We can take you to the shops or attend to shopping and other errands on your behalf.
Complex Care
Many care needs require support from people with specialist training.
We have support workers trained in complex needs including stoma, bowel care, PEG feeding, and medication management.
Behaviour Support
If you require behaviour support to live independently, we will implement a Behaviour Support Plan.
Your Support Coordinator and Behaviour Support Practitioner will work in partnership to implement your plan.
